I want to have Beautiful Skin, how do i do it ? ahh.... maybe this will help me .

Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. It sound obvious but hydrated skin is the key to looking good and stunning. Eating plenty of avocado will help too... its high in Vitamin E, an antioxidant which helps to repair and protect your skin, minimizing the fine lines and wrinkles.. Try it on toast for breakfast.... yummmy !  Green smoothis in the morning are another fantastic skin and health booster.  Try this combination it helps a lot ...

 

1 handful spinach washed

1/2 cup of papaya

1/4 cup of pear

1 tablespoon of soaked chia seeds

1 tablespooon of ground flax seeds

1 shot of Olive

2 cups of coconut water.
